  • Once approved, you have an additional 10 days to return the item.
  • Items kept for more than 30 days are considered used and will no longer qualify for a refund or replacement.

  1. Original Packaging: All returned items must be in their original packaging, in unused and undamaged condition.
  2. Documentation: You must provide:
    • A valid tracking number for the return shipment.
    • A detailed reason for the return.

  3. Complete Accessories: The product must include all components, accessories, and any promotional items that were part of the original purchase.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions:

  • We will process a full refund of the item’s purchase price.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
